No matter what a company does, whether it is service, manufacturing or product based, having the
right team in place is critical to its success, regardless of what is happening in the local economy or
the wider global picture, it is essential they hire the best talent available to remain competitive and
at the forefront of their market.
Today recruitment is a global business generating in excess of a estimated $500 billion per annum.
Clients are willing to pay fees because highly skilled talent at the mid to senior level is difficult to find
as they are to operate in a ‘candidate driven’ market. Positions are open longer and hiring managers
are frustrated at the negative impact this has on their business. Companies lack the time and
specialist knowledge to find the right candidates and more crucially, the people they need are not
necessarily looking for new opportunities.
Our franchisees make money by placing talented candidates into clients companies and charging a
professional fee (this can differ by country) of the candidate’s first year salary and remuneration
package.
Investing money and starting a business, regardless of the business choice or route you take, will
always have an associated risk and so it is essential that you examine the facts. We do understand
that this is a big decision to take and there will be many aspects for you to consider.
The average time-frame is 3 months to investigate the opportunity, carry out your research and
launch your new business.
Our team will be on hand to help you every step of the way and will help you work through the
following steps to find out whether the Stylein Consultancy franchise is right for you.
Step 1 – First conversation
We will acknowledge your request and a member of our franchise team will call you within a few
days. If you would like to talk sooner, just pick up the phone! During our first conversation we will
ask you some questions about your background to get a feeling for your suitability for our franchise.
It is good to be prepared as we talk about your professional background and provide you with
relevant advice. We may also ask you some brief information about your financial status and ability
to make an investment in the franchise. This information will help us to quickly establish whether
this could be a suitable business for you and to be able to give you a brief overview of this
opportunity based on your aspirations and professional background.
Step 2 – Personal meeting
If we are mutually interested in going forward after our first conversation., we will offer you some
options for a face to face meeting.
Prior to the Meeting:
We will ask for a copy of your CV. The CV will help us to understand your background and enable us
to do some preliminary research prior to our meeting. We may also ask you to send us some
additional confidential information on your financial situation. Supplying this information will help us
seek tor realistic solutions to help you finance your business and in some cases engaging our banking
contacts.
We will then offer you the following options for a meeting. At the meeting, we will discuss your
background and aspirations in more detail and present the opportunity to you.
Group Discovery Day:
Watch out for regular Group Discovery Events held throughout the year in different locations, where
we will present our brand to a group of interested parties.
Meeting at office:
Our preference is to invite you to meet us at our offices in Om house, Third Floor, Behind . We can
also show you our training programme, our tools and methodology and customer lists in
some depth.
Online Webex:
If travelling is not an option we may offer a group or a personal on-line webex or Skype
presentation. This will take approximately 1 hour 20 minutes and you will need your browser and a
landline. We will send you a link to the meeting, which will enable you to see our presentation whilst
we introduce you to the opportunity.
Step 3 – Calculate the cost
At the meeting we will give you some example cash flow projections. We will also send you an
electronic version which you can review and populate with your figures based on the market you
choose to operate in. We would urge you to discuss this business plan with us so that we can
support you.
Step 4 – Talk to franchise owners
When you have worked on and submitted your business plan, this would be a great time to validate
your calculations with other franchise owners to see if your aspirations are realistic. We will suggest
2 or 3 franchisees and arrange appointments for you to contact them for an in depth conversation.
We will try to choose franchisees that have a Synergy with your background or those we think could
help you with your specific questions. It would be a good idea to prepare a list of questions so you
can really get the best out of your conversations with franchisees.
Step 5 – Sign franchise agreement
We will provide you with a copy of our standard franchise agreement for your review. Our franchise
agreement is a standard franchise agreement, which, as you would expect is very much in the
franchisors favour.
Step 6 - Launch your Business
Congratulations! ENJOY your new business and don’t forget the on-going training and daily support
provided by the Stylein Consultancy support team.
